Histopathological study evidenced lesions compatible with a hemangioma, a benign blood vessel neoplasia.   The differential diagnosis may include hemangiosarcoma (malign blood vessel neoplasia) or an angioleiomyoma (blood vessel smooth muscle neoplasia), which are both typical of such location. It also could consist of a hematic valvular cyst with hemorrhage and the consequent repair of the intracystic coagulums.
