The histopathological study showed it was a sinusal lymphatic ectasia or  lymphatic cyst, this is an accidental finding that is usually associated with lymphoid atrophy phenomena. The inspectors who sent the case wanted to rule out  a parasitic vesicle such as those caused by Cysticercus tenuicollis.
