In this case we also did not have samples for laboratory analysis, but the image is highly compatible with non-suppurative interstitial nephritis. This lesion is also known as  white spotted kidney. Other pathologies such as infiltration of neoplasic cells (lymphoma) or kidney infarction could give similar images.
