The following 17, 18 and 19th of June, 2015, the XXVII Meeting of the Spanish Society of Veterinary Pathology will be held in Barcelona, in ​​the iconic headquarters of the Institute of Catalan Studies (IEC).

This annual event brings together veterinarians specialized in pathology from throughout Spain. Veterinary Pathologists from the UAB Veterinary faculty are in charge of the organisation in collaboration with specialists from other Catalan centers like ours, IRTA-CReSA, and also Hisotvet, Immunovet, Citopat, Almirall Laboratories or PRBB.

The scientific program will include sessions devoted to the pathology of pets, livestock, laboratory animals and wildlife and exotic animals. The programed talks will include Fatima Bosch, Dolores Gavier Widén, Quim Segalés, Alex Clop, Juan Martin Caballero, Juana M. Flores, Neus Prats and Alfonso Padrós, A training session in Oftalmopathology will take place on Wednesday 17th hosted by Carol Naranjo.

The deadline for submitting abstracts is 15 May 2015.
